2018 GCF Gala
On February 24, 2018, our 7th Annual GCF Gala at the Venetian Las Vegas was a fabulous and successful evening!
GCF’s annual gala was an amazing night of generosity, celebration of our achievements and fun. GCF supporters, Board members and volunteers who attended GCF’s “Evening of Global Hope” gala raised 43,000 for GCF’s mission with our lively live auction, silent auction and raffle tickets!
The gala was attended by our students and 210 supporters. Our generous supporters gave their time and donations to support GCF’s ongoing missions in Las Vegas and around the world.

Our big thanks to other businesses – Movoto Real Estate, Comfort Engineering, Becker & Goodey law firm, Lov Social Marketing, Lanny’s Social connections, TLC Computer solutions and other businesses who donated raffle items, silent auction and live auction items to be part of our success.
The highlight of the night was the celebration of our students and their significant academic accomplishments! Our audiences watched video presentation from all of our schools prepared by students. They all told our audience how this tutoring program is helping them to learn the core subjects in depth by improving their comprehension in the subject matter! Our audiences were impressed by the data we presented and the impact we are making on our children’s lives!
One of our Community partners – TLC computer solutions generously awarded two lap tops to our top two students. Richard Sullivan, GCF board member & John Sinchak owner of TLC computer solutions presented the lap tops to our students.
GCF’s supporters and their generosity pushed the fundraising goal past any previously achieved by GCF. This gala the most successful event in GCF’s brief, but eventful, history. The night closed with beautiful performance by Flash Mob Las Vegas and local Indian artists – Sharlin Ahmed Khan and Niralee Parikh. They all performed to Bollywood music songs. Following these performances Bollywood songs video were played on two screens for our guests to dance to!
